Tamale, July 20, GNA – Mr. Haruna Iddrisu,
Member of the Parliament of Tamale South, submitted his application forms to the
the constituency executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC)
meet the demands of challenging the party's primary parliamentary
riding.
He presented a GH banker project
20,000.00 and completed nomination forms to the Tamale South constituency
Officers of the NDC constituency office in Lamashegu, a suburb of
Tamale, Thursday to meet the demands of protest in parliament
primary party.
Mr Iddrisu, who is also the leader of minorities in Parliament,
by successfully depositing his application forms, is thus savoring a fifth
country's legislature, and it stands in the opposite direction because it's the main
only person who has chosen application forms to challenge the parliamentary primaries
in the constituency.
S addressing reporters after submitting his
appointment forms, Mr. Iddrisu expressed his gratitude to his constituents for their
confidence in approving his candidacy for the fifth parliamentary term
ensuring that he would continue to work to meet the challenges of the region.
He called the national leaders and
NDC constituency officials religiously apply guidelines
about the party's parliamentary primaries to ensure fairness to all
candidates.
Mr. Iddrisu said the NDC was working hard to
the region to make sure that she regained all the lost seats in the region
including Nanton, Savelugu, Kpandai and Wulensi and to find others, such as
Bimbilla will extend his political control over the region.
Mr. Mutawakilu Yahaya, Chief Electoral Officer,
Tamale South NDC constituency, which received the banker's project and the
Mr. Iddrisu's nomination forms, indicated that the forms would be sent to the
Regional Frameworks to take the necessary action on them.
