Neymar and his entourage are confident that Barcelona will soon put together a solid "cash-plus-players" offer to attract Paris Saint-Germain to a sale, sources told ESPN FC.

Despite Neymar's confidence, ESPN FC sources confirmed that PSG had not yet received official offers from Barca for their 222 million euros.
