At full capacity, Longview's state-of-the-art facility is expected to employ more than 400 people and serve approximately 1,000 Dollar General stores.

Dollar General's presence in Texas now includes two distribution centers and more than 1,500 stores that proudly employ more than 13,000 Texans. The company announced plans to open its second distribution center in Texas in December 2017 and began shipping its Longview facilities in early 2019.
