A food manufacturer who makes sandwiches and salads sold at one of the country's largest retailers recalls more than 1,000 crates when he feared potential contamination with listeria.
Elevation Foods, which produces Archer Farms brand sandwiches and salads, said it was voluntarily remembering a series sold at Target and Fresh Market. Target is the eighth largest retailer in the United States.
