DUBLIN: Members of the Irish Irish Pilots Union Ryanair must decide next week whether their British colleagues should hold a vote to trigger a strike action, according to a memo distributed to members.
The Ryanair pilots in Britain, the biggest market of the Irish airline, announced last week a poll that could lead to a strike action at the end of August, citing disagreements over the pay conditions and wages.
Ryanair pilots who are members of the Irish Air Pilots Association (IALPA) will meet in Dublin on Tuesday to decide to hold a vote for "industrial action up to the strike", with the starting vote at the most late Thursday, July 25th. said the memo.
