(MENAFN – Trend News Agency) Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co. said that its auto sales in the first half of this year rose 6% year-on-year to 380,000 units, Trendreports quoted Xinhua.
A total of 69,000 automobiles were sold last month, up 16% from June 2018.
The company said the H1 orders for its latest Avalon model and its small Izoa SUV, as well as Corolla, RAV4 and Prado vehicle sales, exceeded expectations.
To date, the company has sold more than 7 million vehicles, with sales exceeding 1,000 billion yuan (145.3 billion US dollars).
