Mr. Mohammed Abdul-Aziz, MP for the Mion constituency in the Northern Region, badured his constituents to continue working to solve the water, roads and health problems in the region.
He stated that even though, under his direction, some of the critical needs of the constituency had been met, there was still much to be done. Hence his decision to prioritize health, water and roads in order to improve the standard of living of the population.
Mr. Abdul-Aziz gave badurances when he submitted his candidacy forms to the Mion constituents of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Sang, Friday.
Abdul-Aziz is on a second term and must beat another candidate in the parliamentary primaries in the region to be on the NDC's list of candidates in the 2020 legislative elections.
As an outgoing MP, he undertook a number of projects in the following areas: supply of water supply facilities, roads, hospital equipment and ambulance, support to education and construction of A vocational training center, among others, in order to improve the standard of living of the inhabitants of the region. .
In the parliamentary primaries, Mr. Abdul-Aziz spoke about his chances: "I am very confident that I will win, I have no doubt about it, I will win to serve my people".
He thanked his constituents for offering them the opportunity to represent them in Parliament, expressing their confidence that they would continue to support him in his efforts to meet the critical needs of the region.
