At the meeting, more than 44% of Typhoon shareholders voted by a majority, more than 99%, in favor of the election proposed by the directors in the proxy circular of management, namely David Mc Donald, Paul Antaki, Leo Patry and David Secours. . Similarly, shareholders voted for the appointment of Dallaire & Lapointe as Typhoon's auditors and for the sale of the Fayolle property and related badets to Monarch Gold Corporation (see press release dated June 18). 2019).
