Eating an herbal diet – or a diet rich in healthy plant-based foods – can dramatically reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes, according to a new study.
The research, published in JAMA Internal Medicine, badyzed nine studies involving nearly 310,000 participants, of which more than 23,000 were type 2.
