ARSENAL stole an absolute jewel by loaning Dani Ceballos a loan of £ 70 million.
The Spanish playmaker could be even better than the £ 63 million Spurs who signed Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso, also targeted by Tottenham.
The Gunners have taken out a loan of the season to midfielder Real Madrid, aged 22, who has enjoyed a superb 2018-19 campaign.
In a few minutes, due to the embarrbadment of Bernabeu stars, Arsenal's new ace, Ceballos, excelled in the middle of the park.
The Spaniard has shown a real eye for the pbades, was solid in the tackle and created opportunities with his hands on his fists.
SPURTS SPURNED
His arrival at Arsenal comes as fans of the Spurs faint before Ndombele, who joined Tottenham under a contract with a club record earlier in the month.
After his recent win over Juventus in the pre-season, he had an immediate impact in recovering the ball and providing superb support to Lucas Moura.
The Spurs are also on the market for Lo Celso Real Betis because Mauricio Pochettino strengthens its ranks this summer.
But Poch was also interested in signing Ceballos – and it is fair to say that he may be unhappy, he has not managed to reach the deal.
After all, in terms of statistics, the Spaniard may have dominated the set, although he did not start with any frequency.
He struggled with Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, Isco, Casemiro and Co for a few minutes, but still managed to play with real regularity.
Ceballos made 92.6% of its 1,015 badists – ahead of Ndombele and Lo Celso, while standing out in terms of match-winning opportunities (1,7) and tackles.
Los Blancos' ace dominated not only the tackles per game, but also the winning shots per match and the success rate.
Ndombele played the most football games in the last quarter and had seven badists, four conceded by Lo Celso and the draw of Ceballos.
But Lo Celso managed to stand out in one category: the frequency of dribbling, the start on 117 sprints.
Pochettino has at least something to hope for …
CEBALLOS CONTROVERSAL
The Spanish playmaker Ceballos has never been a friend of the game and has sparked controversy over the years on social media.
The star of Real Madrid tweeted that he wanted a bomb dropped on the Camp Nou in order to kill "Catalan and Basque dogs" before a match between Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao, when fans whistled at the same time. national anthem of the 2015 Copa Del Rey finals.
Pro-Franco Ceballos, 22, has set his sights on international stars Gerard Pique and Cesc Fabregas for celebrating the Euro 2012 winner by draping the colors of Catalonia under the flag of Semeyra.
And Real Madrid legend Iker Casillas was also a target. Ceballos did not care about the size of his manhood on Twitter.
