A section of the Okponglo Road on the Madina-Tetteh Quarshie main road, near the free entrance to the University of Ghana, has resulted in a partial roadblock.
According to Peace FM senior reporter Yaw Obeng Manu, the big sinkhole caused traffic on this part of the road on the morning of Tuesday, July 23.
Residents claim that water was emanating from this section as a result of a faulty pipeline, which could have caused the collapse of the soggy section.
Meanwhile, some disinterested residents have taken the initiative to put in place measures to prevent any accidents.
