Kieran Trippier admitted that Chelsea's former men, Alvaro Morata and Diego Costa, helped him "feel at home" at Atletico Madrid.
The English international recently made a move to Spain, leaving Tottenham after four years spent in North London after Burnley's move in 2015.
It was a move that surprised some football fans, but Trippier said how much he appreciated the time he spent with his new teammates, the 28-year-old delivering a message to supporters of the giants of La Liga .
"The fans have been incredible," he said on Atletico's official website. "Since I arrived, they have supported me and received me with open arms.I have come here to work hard and give everything to my teammates and the club.I will give everything for this shirt."
Meanwhile, Trippier has unveiled the role that Morata and Costa play in helping him settle and adapt to life in Spain, with the side defender discussing the importance of having players he knows and that he has faced in the past.
"I have played against some of these Premier League players, players like Alvaro Morata and Diego Costa have made me feel at home." Some try to speak English with me and I try to speak in Spanish.

Trippier has signed a three-year contract with Atletico Madrid, joining the La Liga team for an amount of over £ 20 million.
