Mr. Godfred Aboagye, co-founder of the International Cannabis Company, said that as Africa became increasingly important in the international cannabis market, it was important for Ghana to strive to produce in the world. standards and in compliance with the regulations in force.
He said the lives of young people in Ghana could see considerable improvement if the country excelled in cannabis production in West Africa.
Aboagye called on the government and all other stakeholders to support the country's universities in their research on the uses of cannabis in order to uncover the true essence of the plant.
