He added that diplomatic flags would also be handed to the leaders of national and regional houses for them to fly with their vehicles.
Togbe Afede said that the National House was also working on amendments to ensure that chiefs retain their convening powers, which would be limited to supreme leaders.
He added that the House was striving to preserve mental health from the process of raising stools and skins.
"The government is starting to digitize and we have to evolve with the trend," said Togbe Afede, adding that a web portal for the chieftaincy institution and a new booklet had been completed.
He added that the brochure would contain the profiles of the chiefs and their traditional areas and project them to the outside world.
Togbe Afede said that the digitization of documents relating to the institution "was progressing very well" and called on leaders to expand their networks to secure the development of their people.
Mr. Harry Attipoe, Clerk of the House of Chiefs of the Volta Region, said that the House would soon accept the delivery of new furniture to make the room more comfortable for its members.
