Norphlet's Williams Deep Water Pipeline System transports gas in Williams' Transco system to the Main Pbad 261A junction platform, located in the Gulf of Mexico approximately 60 miles south of Mobile, in Alabama. From there, Williams then routed the gas through its Transco network to the Mobile Bay processing plant.
