– Philadelphia police arrested four suspects linked to the murder of Junior US

Four suspects were arrested in connection with the murder of Nana Yaw Opoku, a friend of Shatta Wale, known as Junior US.
In a report seen by YEN.com.gh on Fox29.com, the southwestern police of Philadelphia has published photos of the four suspects regarding the murder of Junior US.
Those arrested were Christina Zogar, a teenager in southwestern Philadelphia, Tejan Sherif, 20, of Collingdale, Abdoulaye Doucoure, 21, of Old City and Alfred Bargor, 22, of Center City.

Police said Zogar was arrested on May 22, Sherif on June 18, Doucoure on June 27 and Bargor on July 22. All were charged with murder, robbery, criminal conspiracy and related offenses.
According to the police statement, on April 9, 2019, shortly after 11 pm, two strangers entered the Junior US apartment located in block 7700 of Lindbergh Boulevard.
According to the police, the men shot Junior US and fled. The Ghanaian died on the scene.

According to the police, three women were with Opoku at the time of the shooting and fled with the suspects in a gray Chevy Malibu.
US Junior was buried on June 1, 2019 in his hometown, Krofrom, in the Ashanti region.
Many Ghanaian celebrities who claimed that Junior was their friend and brother when he was alive, did not attend his funeral, although many family members and friends expected to see them.
