It appears more and more that Nana Appiah Mensah, the executive director of Menzgold, has bought two luxurious homes with proceeds from a gold scam that has cheated Dubai-based Horizon Diamonds.

The two partners, Ghanaian Charles Opoku Darko and Nigeria's Adetunji Olorunfemi Adewoye have negotiated with developers Codco Limited. While Charles Opoku Darko is believed to be closely linked to the Ghanaian government's powers, Adetunji Olorunfemi Adewoye, who has managed to obtain a Ghanaian pbadport, is proud of Asantehene Osei Tutu's son for defrauding his victims.

Documents began to appear, indicating that the duo with the company, Just Gold Limited, was actually in contact with the Office of Economic and Organized Crime (EOCO) in view of lifting the embargo on the transfer of Money from Horizon to Dubai. Horizon would have paid about US $ 50 million to Nana Appiah Mensah, Charles Opoku Darko and Adetunji Olorunfemi Adewoye to provide a gold equivalent.
