EA Sports has confirmed that Real Madrid's Eden Hazard and Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk will appear on the cover of the next installment of their FIFA 20 series.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar have both figured prominently on the cover of the various versions of FIFA 19, but fans can now see two new stars cover the game.
EA Sports took Twitter to confirm the news, with Hazard on the Standard Edition and Van Dijk on the Champions edition.
What is the release date of FIFA 20?
The FIFA 20 Standard Edition is available worldwide on September 27 and the Champions Edition is available 3 days before September 24th for pre-order.
Hazard says in his place on the cover: "EA SPORTS FIFA is the biggest football game on the planet and I've been playing it for years against my brothers.
"I'm lucky to have done the cover before, but being on FIFA 20 globally is amazing and I hope to excite as many players as I do when I take the field real Madrid this season!"
Van Dijk added: "It's a great honor for me to be on the cover of FIFA 20. It's been a long time since I remember playing FIFA. So it's a proud moment for me to represent Liverpool on the cover of such an iconic game ".
There has been no update on the name of the player on the cover of the Ultimate Edition, with news of the game expected shortly.
Many fans are eagerly awaiting the release of FIFA 20, which has promised to introduce the all-new Volta Football game mode, inspired by street football played around the world.
