Sharon (played by Letitia Dean) still does not know if Phil (Steve McFadden) or Keanu (Danny Walters) is the father of his unborn child on the BBC soap opera.
She was sent for a paternity test and EastEnders detractors hinted that she would discover the truth next week.
If Keanu turns out to be the father, there is a possibility for her to tell Phil well. However, she is too aware that this could spell Keanu's death knell.
But nothing stays silent for too long in South Africa, and Phil might discover it by another means, especially when family tensions dissipate over the next few weeks.
If he must be furious, it could trigger a new love affair with an old lover.
Phil has toured the block several times and met with many Albert Square women, but could the revelation of Sharon's infidelities reunite him with Shirley Carter (Linda Henry)?
The couple has certainly moved closer to the drama in recent weeks, as Phil has hired his ex-lover in shady trading relationships.
Shirley is also in his good books after helping him find his money that the Slaters kept.
It would also be the perfect opportunity for him to turn against Sharon for having cheated on him.
There is a lot of animosity between Shirley and Sharon, so it would go straight under Sharon's skin if they were together.

The tensions between the two blondes have recently been redesigned in the program.
Sharon and Shirley had an epic fight earlier this week, when the latter went to the Mitchells to talk to Phil.
It was obvious that Sharon was not happy because she called Shirley a "dog", while Shirley called her "dishwasher".
There is a lot of history between the trio and Phil once deceived Sharon with his old flame.
Before Sharon and Phil got married, while they were still in a relationship, he had unleashed an illicit love relationship with Shirley.
In the end, everything appeared and Sharon and Phil are still married, and poor Shirley felt downcast.
This earned him to shoot Phil, although they have obviously since buried the hatchet.
However, Phil should be re-victimized as revealers revealed that he would be brutally attacked by an unknown badailant.
Although there have been hints about who could be the one who would beat the man hard.
His son Ben (Max Bowden) was left out in the cold after Phil let Shirley take over some of his business duties.
But Stacey Fowler (Lacey Turner) also has a motive because Phil is still angry at her about the money issue.
Sharon and Keanu are also on the list of potential suspects, but viewers will have to wait to see who really puts Phil in the hospital.
