Ed Sheeran asks £ 4 million to buy back his neighbors and stop them from moaning

Most of us who have harbading neighbors must endure it and hope that everything will be fine, but if you are Ed Sheeran, you can simply buy them their home so that the problems disappear.

Ed is building a mini-village after buying a fourth house next to his farm – which also eliminates the problem of a neighbor complaining about his work.

The Cross Me star, whose new album No. 6, Collaborations Project, became number one without a promo, first bought his farm in Framlingham, Suffolk, for £ 895,000, in 2012, and spent a total of £ 3.7 million for the purchase of properties around his home … which means he also lost more than £ 350,000 in stamp duty Beurk.

He bought another Grade II listed house next door for £ 450,000 also in 2012, a £ 925,000 house in front of his own in 2016 and a bungalow on the other side of the road for £ 525,000 in 2017 .

Sharon Jest was also opposed to her treehouse in 2013 on the grounds that she "would overtake the existing hedge and look directly into our property," which is less of a problem for Ed now.
