Fans who were hoping to see Lil Wayne on the Blink-182 tour on Friday night (July 26) in Tampa, Florida, were greeted with an unpleasant surprise after the rapper was forced to retire due to illness.

The show went through the Florida amphitheater and was scheduled to take place at 19:45. However, a few hours before the start time, Tunechi warned fans that he would not be able to do it.

"Tampa feeling bad weather and Kant Go tonight, I promise I'll catch you guys !! ~ Tune," he tweeted.

The venue also informed fans of the update. "BECAUSE OF THE DISEASE, LIL WAYNE WILL NOT BE MADE THIS NIGHT." BLINK 182 WILL BE EXECUTED AS PREVIOUS, "they posted on Twitter.

The tour began June 26 in Columbus, Ohio. At one point, it was feared that Wayne would completely retire from the North American tour after completing his early set at a show in Bristol, Virginia, on July 11, telling fans: "I just want that people know, if you ask, forgive me please, but I'm not used to playing in front of a crowd … and there are not many … It's not my loot, I do not know how long I'll be able to do this tour, but make some noise for Blink-182 for even having it in. This could be my last night, though. "

He subsequently published a statement in which he denied his end of tour. "Yesterday it was krazy!" Wayne started in the tweet. "But I want all my fans to know that I will not leave this tour! I'm having too much fun with my blos.-182 Bangor, ME To-morrow!"
