Caroline revealed what she had cut from her diet to help her lose an impressive stone.
What did she do?
She may be busy at work, but the TV star is looking for time to stay fit and healthy.
At her first weight loss, she set to work with a 12-week detox program that helped her lose weight fast.
As part of the detoxification, she reduced her alcohol intake and eliminated all traces of sugar in her diet.
Speaking of her transformation, Caroline said, "I really spent a lot of time on detox. I probably went a little too far because I was very strict during those 12 weeks. "
She added, "Cutting sugar has made the biggest difference for my body. It's the devil. It's an addiction and a lot of things you would not even think about. "
By removing the sugar from her diet, the presenter naturally cut off a number of other foods containing hidden sugars.
"Sugar is put in sauces, bread and yogurts. It's not always easy, but so much is packaged in sugar, "she said.
By cutting the sugar off her diet, Caroline was able to lose weight without restricting the amount of food she ate.
The Love Island also revealed that she was making sure to have a healthy breakfast every day.
Caroline explained, "Breakfast is a huge meal for me. I have eggs, avocado and bacon. I try to avoid bread, fruits and vegetables rich in sugar, such as tomatoes. "
In addition to following a healthy diet, the host makes sure to exercise to keep his waistline neat.
She said, "I do not count calories. I like to eat a lot to feed me during a big day or for a good workout.
"For me, exercising is not just about looking good. It really relaxes me and helps me relax.
When you are trying to lose weight, some people follow a diet, such as the low carb diet.
