As the old saying goes, grbad does not grow on a busy street and Harry has recently been very busy marrying his young Hollywood wife, Meghan, and becoming a father. Dr. Asim Shahmalak, a hair surgeon at the Manchester Crown Clinic, says Prince Harry's number of bald patches has nearly doubled since his marriage to Meghan Markle in May 2018 and his father, his son Archie, in May. The Harley Street consultant told Fabulous Digital: "Fatherhood has certainly not been tender with Prince Harry's hair.

"You can see a clear acceleration of male pattern baldness in recent months.

"Stress being a factor of hair loss, the difficulty of combining one's royal obligations with marriage and becoming a father for the first time is perhaps one reason why his hair clears up clearly on top of his scalp.

"A much bigger factor, though, is the strong gene of baldness that runs through the entire Windsor family.

"It started with Prince Philip and has now been pbaded on to Prince Charles and his sons, Prince William and Prince Harry.

"William was the first and has the most powerful baldness gene of the royal family.

"He was losing a lot of hair in his early twenties.

"Harry's baldness was slower to take off, but now, at age 34, he's quickly catching up with his brother, especially in the crown area."

The hair professional said that about 30% of men had suffered some form of hair loss at Harry's age. His case is not unusual, especially when you have a gene for baldness in the family.

Dr. Shahmalak also said that Prince Harry could have been pressured by his wife Meghan to deal with his hair loss.

He said: "She was an actress in Hollywood in her former career, so she knows very well the value of looking good.

"Many of my clients come under the subtle pressure of their partners who would rather not go out with a bald man."

Harry had once mocked about his brother: "I think he's really smarter than me, but we found him at school, with his baldness."

Dr. Shahmalak, whose well-known clients include Calum Best and Dr. Christian Jessen on television, added that Prince Harry could now attack his baldness by grafting a hair.

He said, "There is still time for Harry to fight the problem and restore his lost hair.

"He must act now before it is too late.

"Prince William could not be helped, he would not have enough donor hair to cover his bald patches."
