Riverdale is a busy city that has had a difficult time.
After a high-profile murder, a masked murderer and a vicious board game, he could not become much more alien.
However, as fans of the franchise will know, Riverdale is right by the river from Greendale – the homeland of Sabrina Spellman (played by Kiernan Shipka).
While Jughead Jones (Cole Sprouse) and Archie Andrews (KJ Apa) have worked hard to solve their own problems so far, fans have wondered when the roles of the two cities would meet.
This question is exactly what Mood Magazine asked Harvey Kinkle star Ross Lynch during their interview.
And, unsurprisingly, he did not seem able to give anything.
Did he think that there would be a cross between Riverdale and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Ross confessed, "I do not know, we'll see, anything is possible.
"I like going out with Cole [Sprouse] and Cami [Camila Mendes] the most i would say about all this casting – maybe Vanessa [Morgan] as well. And some of the fathers in the show are pretty cool too.
"We all go out occasionally, and it's really an agreement that Warner Bros. and CW should sign. "
He concluded: "So, I do not know, it's possible, I think it would be fun."
Since the actors are already hanging around and – presumably – have a relationship, the crossover is extremely late.
However, that would probably not happen anytime soon, because Sabrina is busy going to hell to find her boyfriend.
And Jughead is about to be charged with murder (or at least, it looks like it's true), so he'll definitely be packed into a huge plot on Riverdale.
At the same time, Jughead star Cole recently spoke to the Riverdale jury at San Diego Comic Con this year, and announced what would happen for Jughead and Betty Cooper (Lili Reinhart).
Although Betty and Jughead were on good terms when the fans left them in the third season, they may be forced into a difficult position with regards to their relationship.
Cole explained, "I know that Betty's scenario is much more integrated with Charles [Wyatt Nash] that Jughead is – at least from what I've read so far.
"But I do not see it as – I mean, I've often wondered if it's going to put a strain on the relationship between Betty and Jughead." For the moment, that does not seem to be the case, but Jughead is only in Riverdale on the weekend now. "
In the fourth season, Jughead will attend another school for his final year of high school, separating him from his friends – which would likely have resulted in tension between them.
He then added, "His main storyline is therefore the preparatory school, which is the kind of building block of everything that happens in the flash-forward that we do with the strange elitist preparatory school season.
"But I do not know how many interactions are going to have Charles and Jughead this season."
Riverdale Season 4 returns to the CW and Netflix later this year.
