However, if you are a driver, you will not see the support center in your application. Instead, you should navigate to "Your Trips" in the menu and then click on the trip for which you want to contact Uber.

When you scroll down the Trip Details page, click the appropriate prompt under Help and follow the instructions.

How to get help in person at a local Uber Greenlight hub

One of the best ways to get customer service is to visit a Uber Greenlight hub. There are more than 150 sites in the United States and you can stop at any time during working hours without an appointment to talk to Uber customer service in person.

Here's how to find the nearest Greenlight hub:

1. Open help.uber.com in a web browser.

2 Make sure the site knows which city you are in. At the top right, if you do not see your location, click and enter the city you are in.

3 Click on "For Partners" on the left side of the page.

4 In the search field, type "greenlight" and click "Search".

5 The main search result should be an article titled "Getting the In-Person Activation and Help." Choose it to see your local Greenlight hub.

You can also search for your local Greenlight hub in How I Uber, which contains a convenient list of all local Greenlight hubs on a searchable map.

How to contact Uber on social media

Although not all businesses are responsive to Twitter and Facebook, Uber has a reputation for reacting fairly quickly on social media.

  • To reach Uber via Twitter, send a tweet to the company at @uber_support. Your message will be brief so that a support representative can treat your problem in a response or a direct message.
  • You can also reach via Facebook. You can write a public post on the Uber Facebook page.

How to contact Uber by phone

If it is urgent to join Uber immediately, you can also call the company by phone. You can call two numbers:

  • The critical response line to Uber Security is 800-285-6172. Use this phone number only in the event of a real emergency, for example if you have a traffic accident or if you have another important safety problem.
  • The Uber Customer Support Line is 800-593-7069. This number is available 24/7 and you can use it for problems requiring immediate attention that you can not solve otherwise.

As a pbadenger, these phone numbers are your best way to reach Uber quickly. In case of serious emergency, Uber recommends contacting the authorities first.
