The family of former WWE actor, Brian Lawler, is suing Hardeman County in Tennessee for the death of their son, accusing them of wrongful death.
The official cause of the former wrestler's death was found to be suicide, but his father Jerry disputed it.
The lawsuit alleges that the prison staff did not badess Lawler for his potential risk of suicide although he was diagnosed with a major depressive disorder.
