Former English manager Sam Allardyce is scheduled to appear on Strictly Come Dancing

Sam Allardyce is about to take part in the new series Strictly Come Dancing after the accidental revelation of the first group of candidates this morning.

The 64-year-old has been unemployed since being fired by Everton in May 2018, where he led the Toffees to eighth in the Premier League and could trade canoes against the dance floor.

Iain Lee, a radio presenter, was attending an interview today for "Good Morning Britain" where he was revealed by a language revealing the names of three rumor contestants, including "Big Sam".

The official announcement should be made on "The One Show" in due course, but the cat seems to have been left out of the bag to find out who will attend.

Lee was at Good Morning Britain with hosts Ben Shepherd and Kate Garraway, where he seemed to reveal the first names that could be part of Strictly's 2019 promotion.

He said: "They will announce the first three people of a show called The One Show.This will be Sam Allardyce, Jamie Laing and Anneka Rice."

Puzzled, Shepherd replied, "They announce it later and you have already announced it," to which Lee responds: "Sorry One Show! Sorry Alex Jones!"

Shepherd and Allardyce have participated in Soccer Aid together in recent years and the GMB animator has admitted that he knew "very well" the former boss of England.

Allardyce held the national team for just 67 days, winning his only title game, a 1-0 victory over Slovakia in the 2018 World Cup qualifier, which took place in England, ahead of to be returned to controversy.

A press survey revealed that he had given advice on how to "abide by the rules" regarding player transfers and that he was ready to represent a Far Eastern company.

His next role would take him to Crystal Palace, where he led the Eagles to 14th place before taking the position at Goodison Park, his last managerial position.

"Big Sam" has a lot of experience on the football field, but will put his own footwork to the test if his participation in Strictly was confirmed.
