The transfer of Moise Kean could represent the next step in the evolution of Marcel Brands' Everton

The fourth potential signature of Everton 's summer is certainly exciting.

The Blues are getting closer to the transfer of Juventus striker Moise Kean after an impressive end to the 2018/19 campaign for the young player.

At 19, he scored six goals in 13 games for the old lady after returning from a season loan with Verona – and the applause soon swept the city.

Regarded as one of the most promising prospects in Italy, his potential move to Merseyside has caused some turmoil – and rightly so.

For two years, Everton has been facing a perceptible problem that he has always struggled to find a solution.

The departure of Romelu Lukaku was scheduled for the summer of 2017, but the Belgian international was not sufficiently replaced when his move to Manchester United was finally confirmed.

Sandro Ramirez was brought into the club by the same window, but could not adapt.

Oumar Nibade returned from exile to score some important goals, but he did not have enough quality to lead the line steadily.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin clearly has many qualities and potential for the future, but his calmness in front of goals, in particular, is still lacking.
