"And the LORD fixed a fixed time, saying, To morrow, Jehovah will do this in the land.

According to the text we read, God spoke to Pharoah through the intermediary of his servant Moses, saying, "Tomorrow the Lord will do the same in the land." God did a specific thing.
God did exactly what He said to do to Pharaoh in verse five (5) of the text under discussion.
Dear friends, you are not alone in what seems to be abandoned battles according to the estimation of the man. Whatever the situation, give him time. When your time is planned, you will encounter changes of God through Christ Jesus.
He will do this specific thing for you. This can be deferred, but this specific request will be processed.
Be encouraged and wait for better things from the Lord Jesus because he works for you.
