Sherif Lanre, a candidate for Axed Love Island, is not allowed to take part in the episode of Sunday's meeting.
One of this year's first islanders, the 20-year-old athlete, was expelled from the show after nine days of "rule breaking." It later became apparent that he had been fired for having kicked Molly-Mae Hague, and that he had joked that it was a jackpot.
According to the Sun, ITV told Sherif that he was not required to attend the show because his contract with the show was over, but he is still eligible for the follow-up program.
A source close to Sherif told the Sun: "Sherif is drained with all his might, he was really looking forward to seeing the other islanders who became his friends during the villa.

After leaving the villa this week, runner-up Molly-Mae Hague told Metro.co.uk that she had no beef with Sherif.
