Stanley Kodia, unofficial spokesman for the chief of Menzgold, better known on social media as KOD, is attacking the government for the unfair treatment accorded to NAM1 since his arrival in the country.

According to Stanley, in a new post on Facebook, he mainly shares his feelings on issues concerning Menzgold, the government in place; The NPP has the plot to frustrate Nana Appiah Mensah to death.

He expressed his anger over the unreasonable bail requirements set for NAM1, saying it was only a plot to ensure NAM1 stays in jail.

NAM1, last Friday, has been granted a bail of 1 billion GH by an Accra circuit court, with 5 sureties.

The CEO of Menzgold, a troubled gold trader, has been charged with fraud for fraudulent claim and two persons suspected of wanting to engage in banking activities without a license, in violation of Article 6 (1) of the Bank Act and specialized depository institutions. 2016 (law 930).

Two of its companies – Brew Marketing Consult and Menzgold Ghana Limited – represented by itself, have been charged with fraud under false pretenses, in violation of sections 20 (1) and 13 (1) of the Offenses Act 1960. criminal law (Law 29). .

In a post on Facebook, he wrote:

"It is clear now that the nuclear power plant has brought NAM1 to Ghana to frustrate and kill it. People who went to court saw the state of Nana Appiah Mensah, it is not good at all. They do politics with Menzgold money and NAM. The government has not even informed Ghanaians of the Menzgold affair and its current state.

Do you think this government really cares about us and every time we try to talk, they say it's propaganda. Suddenly, the Interpol alert disappeared from the system. You have frozen all his accounts, seized all his badets and still ask him to back up bonds representing an badet of 1 billion Ghanaian cedis, which equals $ 185 million.

He has managed to make loyal friends who want to do it for him, but all the government is doing is rejecting the badets of NAM's friends and running it around in circles.
