Dickinson of Inspired Energy discusses the strategic acquisition of Ignite Energy

Inspired Energy PLC (LON: INSE) Mark Dickinson informs Andrew Scott of Proactive London of his strategic investment in Ignite Energy LTD, a company he says is highly complementary to the corporate division of Inspired.

The initial counterpart of £ 5 million to acquire 40% of the business is financed by existing resources.

Dickinson is delighted with this investment. This is an initiative that will allow Inspired Energy to expand and accelerate its offering of optimization services.
