The 5 games not to be missed this weekend for competitive high-level football matches

Competition football is back, and he's back with an explosion.

Saturday: Borussia Dortmund vs. Bayern Munich (German Supercup)

Saturday: Barnsley vs Fulham (Sky Bet Championship)

Fulham will travel to Oakwell to face Barnsley on Saturday in the first round of packed matches in front of an eventful Saturday in the championship.

The owners of the cottage will hope to return to the Premier League at the first request, after an extremely disappointing campaign last season. They let some of their star players go, but also recruited players including Anthony Knockaert and Ivan Cavaleiro.

The Reds had a rather mediocre pre-season, but ended up on a nice win with a comfortable 3-1 win over Lyon on Wednesday. In comparison, City had a good pre-season despite losing on penalties in the Premier League Asia Trophy to Wolves final.

The winners of the 2018/19 UEFA Champions League will face the Premier League champions – there are not many matches with more star formations. The Community Shield will be the first opportunity for both sides to badert their performance, making it a potentially very appealing match.
