This Morning viewers felt less than impressed after shared advice from a guest on how to shop live on TV.
Ben Shepherd and Rochelle Humes interviewed Kim Farry, a millionaire and a shoplifter, during the ITV show, to explain how she had started to steal shoplifting.
This is not the first time Kim appears in the series, since she was interviewed last year and then three years ago.
In the interview, Kim explained how she had earned £ 2 million during her stealing activity on the shelf.
In 2015, Kim talked about flying to pay for jobs, designer items and luxury vacations.
On Friday's show, Kim said that she had started flying into a store to feed her hungry family, having come one morning to fetch her mother with an egg for nine children.
She said: "It started with food, then clothes for my brothers and sisters, and then afterwards, I thought I needed money.
"People were asking me for certain things, sending me photos, I was basically a thief at the personal display.I had good taste, so people were giving me some money. and I would have £ 400 worth of clothes for £ 200. "
Kim went on to explain how she would shoplifter and confessed that she had even stolen an oven once.
She told the presenters: "I would do it in different ways, but the last time I did it was in an aluminum bag, so everything would come in with the alarms on.
"And then, I took out the bag, it did not trigger the alarm and the film protects the alarm."
Ben then replied, "So you're hiding it very cleverly."
"There is an art to that," she added.
After the interview, viewers turned to social media to criticize the show, and many wondered why they were "stealing from the shelves".
A spectator said: "@this morning What's going on with this interview? Do you feel like a glamorous shoplifting? Get a step by step on how to do it too. Completely inappropriate. #This morning"
Another said, "Why #this morning showing a criminal on TV … telling people how to fly on the shelf … #art on the fly at the show .. How about getting a job @this morning #shoplifter #getajob"
One of them added, "What's going on in this interview? It's like being in the glamorous glamorous flight. Learn step-by-step how to do it." Also, completely inappropriate. #This morning"
Another commented: "People and shops are stolen every day and @this morning encourage shoplifting and can not answer the questions why they do it? pfft, pathetic #This morning"
