FFighting has raged around Tripoli since April, when General Haftar, based in eastern Libya, launched an badault on the capital with his so-called Libyan national army.
More than 1,000 people were killed in the fighting.
The clashes have made life even more difficult for asylum seekers already suffering from arbitrary detention, lack of food, the spread of diseases and appalling living conditions.
Women are routinely raped by their captors and men are tortured to pressure their families to send more money.
Militias and armed gangs have bought and sold migrants as modern-day slaves.
"Fighting has been going on around the Libyan capital, Tripoli, for more than three months, displacing more than 100,000 people and imprisoning refugees and migrants in detention centers," said Médecins sans Frontières.
"Exposed to the conflict, those who are locked up and unable to flee fear for their lives, successive attacks have made nearly 60 dead.
