The Apple Card Customer Agreement is available on the Goldman Sachs website before the launch of the month of August and warns against jailbreaking

We learned more details this week on Apple Card in anticipation of its planned launch this month. Apple's banking partner, Goldman Sachs, has posted the Apple Card Customer Agreement on its website with all the details, including a warning about the jailbreak.

Earlier this week, Tim Cook confirmed in the company's earnings call that the Apple card would be launched in August. We also learned today that Apple is putting an end to its rewards program with Barclays and that a complementary Apple Card application will come on the iPad.

Although we already know most of the details regarding Apple's upcoming credit card, Goldman Sachs has released its Apple Card customer contract on its website with all the necessary details (via MacRumeurs).

The agreement confirms that additional cardholders will not be an option, which means that if you want an Apple card, you will need to apply for it and be approved for it on your own iPhone.

Another interesting element is a warning about the jailbreak and the loss of the ability to access / manage your account or Goldman Sachs even by closing your account.

If you make unauthorized changes to your eligible device, for example by disabling hardware or software commands (for example, through a process sometimes called "jailbreaking"), your eligible device may no longer be eligible to access your account or manage it. You acknowledge that the use of a modified eligible device in connection with your account is expressly prohibited, constitutes a violation of this contract and could result in the denial or limitation of your access to or closure of your account, as well as any other remedy available under this agreement.

The rest of the agreement contains all legal jargon and known information, such as the 13.24-23.24% interest rate range, the rewards program, the toll-free approach, and more.
