Tony Stark has not been adopted
In a key scene of End of GameTony (Robert Downey Jr.) clashes with his father and pregnant mother, giving him a surprised look. This look led some admirers to think that the chronology of her pregnancy did not make sense for Tony, and that he suspected his mother to be pregnant with someone else than him.

Of course, such a twist would have a profound impact on the film. It does not only mean that Tony is adopted, but also that he has a mysterious half-brother somewhere.
