Accra, August 03, GNA – ACP David Eklu,
Director General of Public Affairs, Ghana Police Service (GPS)
urged the public to remain calm while the laboratory investigation continues
The case of abduction of Takoradi girls.

He added that media commentators are also expected
state facts that have been confirmed by the police and respect the sensitivities
of their public in particular, the families of girls kidnapped.

This followed a police release
about human remains found by police during investigations.

An operation of criminal officers
Investigations Department and Western Regional Command had recovered a human part
remains of a septic tank in a building previously occupied by Samuel the convict
Odeoutuk-Willis, who is undergoing a trial for the abduction of the three Takoradi
girls.

Human remains, discovered late
Friday, August 2, were sent to the forensic laboratory for
badysis and complement of investigation.
