Popular Ghanaian singer, Sista Afia has been ranked number one Ghanaian female artist by OnePlay Africa.
The OnePlay Africa platform, dedicated to promoting and supporting the music industry, has revealed its list of top 10 Ghanaian performers in the world of performing in 2020.
Sista Afia caused a stir during the year after producing numerous hit singles and waking up the industry with the “beef” that took the music industry by storm.
The hitmaker “Weather” demonstrated his versatility in music with ruthless rap vibes accompanied by his loud voice.
Eno Barony, who was recently crowned best female rapper at the Afrikan Muzik Magazine Awards and Music Festival (AFRIMMA), placed second on the list while revitalized Dancehall artist Mvzee placed third.
Sensational singer Adina Thembi, who enjoyed a remarkable 2020 with many hit songs, placed fourth while self-acclaimed Ghanaian music queen Wendy Shay made it to the top five.
Others include Amaarae (6th), Sefa (7th), Efya (8th), Jackie (9th) and Freda Ryhmz in the top 10 finalists.
