Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) 2020 presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama addresses the nation today, Wednesday, December 30.
This follows the successful filing of a petition to the Supreme Court to challenge the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential results as declared by the Election Commission.
Lawyers for the former president arrived at the Supreme Court earlier today to file the petition which challenges Nana Akufo-Addo’s legitimacy as president-elect.
The decision to finally take the case to the Supreme Court follows nearly two weeks of protests supported across the country by NDC supporters.
