Kylie Jenner received court protection she sought from a man who allegedly broke into a house nearby in her gated community of Hidden Hills, Calif., Earlier this month.

Jenner, 23, obtained a protective order against Justin Bergquist on Wednesday, TMZ reported.

According to legal documents, Kylie claims Bergquist followed her after the man allegedly broke into a nearby house last month, fled when spotted, and then returned to the area in his car later.

The complaint states that the man apparently traveled from North Dakota and told private security he was in the area to “meet” her.

Kylie filed the restraining order application just over three weeks ago.

Now that it’s granted, Bergquist must stay at least 100 yards from entrepreneur Kylie Skin at all times.

At the time of his break-in, the man was arrested on burglary and trespassing charges and court records show he is due to appear next month after pleading not guilty to the burglary charge.

While Justin’s attempt to break in last month prompted Kylie to make the legal decision, this isn’t the first time a stalker has attempted to gain access to the star.

Last year a man was caught prowling the grounds of Kylie’s $ 12 million Hidden Hills home and snooping around the barbecue area around 5 a.m. – possibly looking looking for a key.

When his search was unsuccessful, the man then fled to the neighboring property of Kylie’s sister, Kim Kardashian, and her husband, Kanye West.

He eventually escaped after breaking into some mailboxes and being spotted by security.
