Star Wars icon Mark Hamill recently shared another reaction to “The Mandalorian” Season 2 finale, calling it a gift he never expected.

Hamill reacted to Luke Skywalker’s surprise appearance in the finale, suggesting that he may have been aware of the twist months in advance, as I wrote for the Deseret News.
Hamill – whose face was used with CGI technology for the epic finale moment when Luke Skywalker arrives to save Mando, Grogu, and the crew – tweeted about the appearance in the days after the reaction.
