President Nana Akufo-Addo and Vice-President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia were sworn in for their second term.
As previously stated by YEN.com.gh, Akufo-Addo and Bawumia were sworn in during investiture held at State House January 7, 2021.
Many photos came out of the swearing-in ceremony of Akufo-Addo and his vice which was very colorful.
A photo of the ceremony that has gained prominence on social networks. It turns out to be a photo of Akufo-Addo’s wife, Rebecca, and daughters Gyankroma and Edwina.
The photo seen by YEN.com.gh shows the First Lady and her daughters to pose in colorful outfits dominated by kente.
While the First Lady wore a “kaba” read on a kente slit, Gyankroma and Edwina wore kente of different colors.
Posing for the photo before the main ceremony, Akufo-Addo’s wife and daughters were all smiles.
While the First Lady and her daughters looked beautiful to many people on social media, many people pointed out that the styles of “ kaba ” (dress) were not nice.

Meanwhile, as Ms. Akufo-Addo and her daughters come under fire, Samira Bawumia has become one of the talking points during the swearing-in of President Nana Akufo-Addo and Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia for a second mandate.
The second lady got people talking because of her style and high fashion sense that she exhibited at the ceremony.
Mrs. Bawumia dazzled in a beautiful green colored kente dress and received much praise for it.
