Victim spoilers follow.
Next week on Victim, Will plays the matchmaker on his last day, while Ethan learns the truth about Fenisha and Rash has romance in mind.
1. Will has a last hectic day
It’s Will’s last day in the ER and he looks forward to free time and better paying opportunities elsewhere.
As he discusses his resignation with his colleagues, Will is not backsliding on the many problems of the NHS.
He has a thorny exit interview with Connie, which suggests that Will may actually be the problem here. Connie also points out that when the going gets tough, Will has a tendency to pull away – touching a nerve.
2. will have a proposal for Fenisha
Taken from his tense exit interview with Connie, Will swears to seize the day and impulsively asks Fenisha to join him in Ireland.
Taken aback, Fenisha rejects Will’s offer and tells him that she is still pregnant with Ethan’s baby. Will also quickly realizes that Fenisha has feelings for Ethan and urges him to tell him the truth.
3. Fenisha and Ethan get closer
Following his discovery of Fenisha, Will tracks down Ethan and encourages him to talk to him. Will wants his friends to be honest with each other about their true feelings, before he leaves.
Luckily for Will, fate soon brings Fenisha and Ethan closer together, no matter when a frightening situation with a patient forces them to admit how they really feel.
Delighted, Fenisha and Ethan are planning a dinner party to make things more official, until another development changes everything.
4. Ethan learns the truth
At the end of their shift, Ethan picks up Fenisha from the ambulance station for their date but their happy bubble quickly bursts but when he sees her release letter from Will.
Realizing that she is seven months pregnant and hadn’t told him, Ethan’s world falls apart and he angrily rejects Fenisha – calling her a coward.
5. Robyn has a breakthrough
When terrified patient Maddison is brought to the emergency room following a mysterious attack, she is comforted by Robyn’s support as she confronts her mother.
As new truths come to light, Robyn realizes that there is a more sinister meaning behind the previous incident and acts as a go-between between mom and daughter.
After successfully making sense of Madison, Robyn finds himself with a revitalized passion for her work and is thrilled that she was able to properly connect with a patient for the first time in months.
6. Rash takes a chance on love
Romance could be on the cards for Rash next week, when he sets new consultant Enalla to shine. After Enalla gently teases him, an embarrassed Rash tells Ethan that he intended to invite him out, but continues to ridicule himself.
Ethan encourages him to try again, and to Rash’s relief, they manage to pull it off this time. After a successful coffee party, Rash regains courage and asks Enalla for another date that evening, which she agrees to – because her husband is away.
Enalla explains that the couple have an open relationship, but Rash can’t help but feel disappointed because he wanted something more serious. What will Rash decide to do?
7. Will leaves on a high
At the end of a trying day, Will is able to sort out all of his details, before stepping away from the emergency for good.
Following the spooky incident earlier, Will checks Fenisha to make sure she’s not hurt and the two say a loving farewell.
Will also acknowledges his shortcomings towards Connie before stepping down – admitting that while the system has its problems, he appreciates the NHS and its staff. It was short but sweet and we will miss you, Will.
