Napoli are reportedly considering a move for Kieran Tierney with Arsenal left-back on a list of long-term transfer goals for the Italian side.
Tierney has been one of the Gunners’ most consistent players this season and scored a superb solo goal in the 4-0 win over West Brom earlier this month.
Arsenal beat Napoli on signing the Scotland international in 2019, but the Telegraph reports that the Serie A club have not lost hope of signing him in a future transfer window.

According to the report, Napoli will seek a short-term solution from the left-back before making another attempt at signing Tierney.
The Gunners signed the 23-year-old for £ 25million in August 2019. A shoulder injury disrupted his season, but he returned to form during the restart of the draft and has been a regular since .
Tierney has made 16 Premier League starts in the 2020-21 campaign, the best of all outfielders and he has been a key figure in the club’s recent return to form.

Arsenal legend Martin Keown has even suggested he could become their captain in the future.
“From the start I could see there was a determination about him,” Keown told BT Sport after Arsenal won at the Hawthorns.
“He’s just the right guy you need… his personality, his character. It is a driving force and it is a step backwards.
“ In training they have to tell him to calm down because he attacks fiercely. I really like this attitude he brings.
“He has everything in his game, it’s about building around him. Perhaps an Arsenal captain in the making.
