A new trailer for The CW’s Superman & Lois gives Clark Kent and Lois Lane the Zack Snyder treatment from their DCEU film Man of Steel.
A new trailer for The CW’s Superman & Lois has been released, which looks like channel director Zack Snyder Steel man.
Fans get their first look at Emmanuelle Chriqui’s Lana Lang and Dylan Walsh as General Samuel Lane. We also see Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin as the DC couple’s teenage super-sons, Jonathan and Jordan, respectively. The tone of the trailer is very similar to that of Snyder’s 2013 film starring Henry Cavill, as we learn about the lives of Superman and Lois Lane upon their return to Smallville.
The CW announced that Superman & Lois was expanding to a two-hour event, with a half-hour special titled Superman and Lois: Legacy of Hope.
In SUPERMAN & LOIS, after years of battling megalomaniac super-villains, monsters wreaking havoc on Metropolis, and alien invaders bent on annihilating the human race, the world’s most famous superhero, The Man of Steel aka Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin, “Teen Wolf”)) and comics most famous journalist Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch, “Grimm”) face one of their biggest challenges – dealing with all the stress , the pressures and complexities that accompany parenting work in today’s society. To complicate the already arduous job of raising two boys, Clark and Lois must also consider whether their sons Jonathan (Jordan Elsass, “Little Fires Everywhere”) and Jordan (Alexander Garfin, “The Peanuts Movie”) could inherit that of their father.
