Six other people in the country have died from the novel coronavirus, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) reported.
In addition, 679 people have been infected with the virus, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 60,794.
The new deaths bring the death toll to 367 and 3,286 active cases.
The number of active cases climbed to 44 after a GHS report on the number of cases registered in the country on January 19.
A total of 60,794 confirmed cases and 57,141 recoveries / discharges were recorded.
Ghana’s health service has scheduled a press conference for Monday to discuss issues related to the surge in Covid-19 cases.
