Rosa, a housekeeper who works in the United States, has grateful residents to thank for her spacious new home.
She started the year with worry, debt and uncertainty after losing her job due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
But every smile, every greeting, every kind gesture she made in the past came back to her tenfold.
The single woman, whose savings were depleted in 2020, ended up living with a relative after running out of enough money to afford her own place.
The residents of the apartment building she worked in decided to mobilize resources and make her life a little easier.

Then she was given the keys, a two-year lease, and she was told the house was hers.
The cleaning lady burst into tears as she thanked her loyal customers for thinking of her and her family.
