Man Utd transfer roundup: Erling Haaland asking price, Ramos set to leave Real Madrid

Manchester United were calm in January by their usual standards, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer didn’t really have a reason to spend the money.

Solskjaer United are real title contenders this season and as a result the club are looking to offload players rather than signing new signings.

New signing Facundo Pellistri could also leave the club on a temporary basis in January, despite the club’s recent signing from Old Trafford.

Ramos to leave Real Madrid

Sergio Ramos is expected to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season, Marca reports.

The Bernabeu mainstay will see his contract expire at the end of the season.

And the negotiations are no closer to reaching an agreement with all the parties refusing to budge.

United have been heavily linked with Ramos, but it is understood that they have agreed with Real not to take an ‘aggressive approach’ in order to allow the Spanish giants to negotiate freely.

Asking price Erling Haaland

It has been claimed that Erling Haaland could be available for just £ 66million this summer with Borussia Dortmund looking to raise funds.

Norwegian forward Haaland has once again been in top form in the Bundesliga this season, having recently passed the milestone of the year in Germany.

Haaland has a clause in his contract that allows him to leave for £ 66million in the summer of 2022.

But with Dortmund in financial crisis, Ok Diario reports that they could allow their star striker to leave at the end of the season for the same price.

Starlet ready for a new loan

Man Utd midfielder James Garner is set to join Nottingham Forest on loan, MEN report.

Garner, 19, was on loan at Watford until recently, when the two clubs agreed to end the deal due to his lack of playing time.

Forest has since shown an interest in the youngster and he is set to make it to the City Ground until the end of the season.
