The Ghana Education Service (GES) leadership has urged parents to be on the lookout for bogus high school placement portals.
According to the GES, they were told that some fake portals were supposed to come from them.
So they urge parents to ignore all these fake portals that intend to exploit them.
In a letter signed by his communications director, Cassandra Twum, he said preparations are underway to place junior high school students who have passed the BECE (Basic Education Certificate Examination) at the end of the year. .
A total of 531,707 candidates, or 269,408 men and 262,299 women, took the exam in September 2020, but the results of 497 candidates were canceled.
